BrainRights of the Americas is an organization that is working to improve societal, family and individual mental health in Central America. Our staff have experience in programs in Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua that have included pilot mental health clinics, research into culturally and economically appropriate treatments for brain disorders in developing countries and training of Central American doctors in neurology and psychiatry.
